Tiffany joins the CMT team with a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, system operations, continuous improvement strategies, administrative processes, and leadership.

Kylie is a Board Certified Music Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Western University and Master’s Degree in Music Therapy from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Amy Spence completed an Honors Bachelor of Music Therapy with a minor in Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2023. While at Wilfrid Laurier, Amy studied classical voice and volunteered at the Waterloo Community Music School, providing adapted music lessons.

Jillian recently completed her Master of Music Therapy from Wilfred Laurier University in 2024 after completing her Honours B.Sc degree in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour with a  Music Cognition Specialization from McMaster University in 2020.

Jess Dickie is the Owner and Lead Music Therapist of Connections Music Therapy. With a passion for helping others through music and the ability to connect with individuals of all ages and needs, Jess has developed a reputation for providing fun, individualized sessions for all.
