Our Story

About CMT

Connections Music Therapy (CMT) is located in London, Ontario and services a wide range of Southwestern Ontario, including London, Middlesex County, Oxford County, Elgin County, Brant County, and Perth County.

Owned and operated by Jess Dickie, CMT specializes in providing services to those with varying needs (developmental, physical, mental) and geriatric care, with a focus on mental wellness.

Driven by Connection

While completing their Music Therapy undergraduate degree, Jess realized the importance of connection and how one could possess many skills, but if they lacked the ability to connect with others, those skills weren’t overly useful. This was witnessed time and time again. As Jess delved further into the world of varying needs, they also noticed the lack of services, especially fully accessible and mobile services that were available in their hometown of London. On Thanksgiving weekend in October of 2015, Connections Music Therapy was born.
