Our Studio Is Moving
The CMT studio is moving!
Although we moved into Westmount Shopping Centre not too long ago, we are set to move to a new space in March 2026.
Westmount Shopping Centre was acquired by Farhi in Fall 2025. This change in ownership, along with the growing demand for group programs has led CMT and Maple and Spruce Music Academy to find a new home.
Our new studio will still be in partnership with Maple and Spruce and is located at 339 Wellington Road, diagonally across from Victoria Hospital. This new space is still fully accessible with underground parking and easy public transportation access. It will offer an additional session room, storage for instruments outside the session rooms (to help decrease overstimulation and allow Jess to bring in their drum kit), as well as a large room for group programs.
The studio within Westmount Shopping Centre will remain in operation until January 28, 2026.
The new studio at 339 Wellington Road needs renovations to make it ours. Work is set to begin the first week of January and expected to finish in and around March break.
In the meantime, CMT and Maple and Spruce will be temporarily operating out of Westmount Presbyterian Church, located at 521 Village Green Avenue, in London. This is directly beside Westmount Shopping Centre and is the same space we have used for our spring and winter recitals.
